Become a Ka'nino dog walker

To become a Ka'nino dog walker, you need to have a true passion for enhancing dog’s lives. You need to be willing to learn how to coach dogs through difficult times in their lives. If you don't know how to do it yet, don't worry. All the training you need will be provided by our trainer, so you can be the best handler you can be.

Our current rate per dog is $13 - $16 depending on your handling skills + a guarantee of 3 dogs per scheduled walk, once your training period is over.

These are the rest of the requirements to join the team:

• You need a car that can host up to 6 dogs of different sizes (the car is not optional at this point)

• You need a clear criminal background check

• You have availability between the hours of 10am and 2pm

• You must live in Toronto. The closest to Sherwood park the better (Bayview/ Eglinton area)

• You will have to provide your own dog walker permit (you are an independent contractor)
